Mat\u00edas Hilaire, Co-Founder of TAM, said that the team had a challenge ahead of them: to grow without losing touch with their employees and customers.<\/i> This is a difficult balance to maintain when you are in the midst of expansion. However, the effort paid off and, against all odds, we succeeded. <\/p>\n
\u2018We didn’t want to repeat the mistakes of the past, where we lost control a little, lost our closeness to people, which is fundamental for us, and it wasn’t the company we wanted to build,\u2019 <\/em>he said.<\/p>\nWhen asked about strategies for maintaining this balance, he highlighted regular meetings with employees, opportunities for reflection and training, coaching, and investing time in recreational and team-building activities, which helped to keep the team cohesive and motivated.<\/p>\n

He also emphasised the importance of constantly receiving feedback from employees about the company’s management. \u2018It helps us see important things that are difficult for us in management to detect because we are not involved in the day-to-day running of the business as much as our team is.\u2019<\/em> <\/p>\nFinally, he reflected on the progress made in 2022. He emphasised the need to take risks in order to grow, to avoid beating oneself up when things do not turn out as expected, and to learn so as not to repeat the same mistakes. <\/p>\n
