The primary challenge faced by the company was the lack of centralized control over card management. Additionally, there were significant hurdles in tracking real-time expenses and making informed financial decisions, compounded by the absence of timely and accurate reports. These issues led to budget overruns and inefficient financial management.
Upon identifying these needs, we implemented an integration with Plaid for third-party bank card programs. We also collaborated on integrating with PCaaS to facilitate the card and expense control program and developed a sophisticated database schema that enables unique tracking of expenses in relation to the company. This schema also monitors the relationship of consumers with their line of credit, budgets, and sub-budgets.
