
Amidst technological advances, Gulf faced challenges integrating new tools with its existing systems, such as ERP and Chatbots. There was also a need to centralize order information on a robust, user-friendly platform.
We developed a strategy focused on system integration and modernization. This involved creating an application that allows service station managers to easily place and manage orders. The app offers an intuitive user experience, enabling straightforward tasks like ordering, branch selection, delivery scheduling, and accessing detailed tax information.
