Core Spaces recognized the need for a centralized approach to manage student housing efficiently. Their quest was for a tool that could empower guests to take charge of their living experience, especially in terms of handling rent payments.
After carefully listening to the client's needs, we developed Hub on Campus—an application designed to facilitate the management of apartment and room rentals across 13 student hubs in various U.S. cities.
This cross-platform app, available on Android and iOS, empowers guests to handle monthly rent payments through diverse methods, request maintenance and concierge services based on their contract type, and engage in a chat platform with roommates. Additionally, it allows them to confirm attendance at events hosted in each building.
