Neta is a startup founded in Mexico with a vision to bring e-commerce to the non-digital population. They created the first online and offline e-commerce platform in LATAM that utilizes family-owned stores to generate demand and facilitate delivery. The goal is to reach 95% of consumers who do not have access to regular e-commerce.

Context

Neta is a company that has been growing rapidly, and as a result, their requirements have been changing at the same pace. For this reason, they contacted us as they needed help in building their technical team through our Staff Augmentation service. At The App Master, we have a specialized personnel selection process for emerging companies like Neta. They informed us that they required a team of highly skilled professionals in JavaScript, Node.js, and React.

Strategy

The Neta team presented the scope of their project and provided us with information about the profiles they needed to achieve short and medium-term objectives. Taking this information into account, we started a meticulous search for the ideal candidates to assist the company with its challenges. Furthermore, we conducted a rigorous selection process, ensuring that every aspect of the profile was covered and verifying that the candidates possessed the specific skills required by the client.

Results

The company was able to hire 15 individuals, with 70% of them being software developers specialized in JavaScript, Node.js, and React, and the remaining 30% being professionals in quality control and agile methodologies.
The team of professionals selected by The App Master has achieved up to 90% performance and effectiveness in the results, according to the metrics provided by Neta.
After the first semester, Neta decided to bring a portion of the provided resources on board as permanent staff.
