Context

The company needed to bring order and tracking to the collections process carried out by the sales representatives. Plavicon identified a lack of organization in the information related to this crucial area of the company, which was due to manual processes that facilitated human errors and, consequently, a lack of precision in the collections management. They needed a tool that would allow them to digitize and organize the flow of information easily and quickly.

Strategy

Taking into account the client’s request and the identified needs, we created IRecibos, an easy-to-use and intuitive tool that allows access to current account transactions from a single place. Additionally, it enables the generation of digital receipts and automatic sending of copies to both the client and the company, ensuring the accuracy of the information. It also offers the option to upload information related to checks, deposit slips, withholdings, and other important data for collection management.

IRecibos was designed to enable the company to continuously monitor the status of its collections, facilitating real-time reconciliations and filtering out invalid information, such as expired checks.
