Context
Care Assistance needed to develop a robust platform with a user-friendly interface and a back end managed in Salesforce by an external provider. This posed a challenge in selecting a provider, as the solution had to efficiently and securely manage all historical patient information while being accessible and easy to use for end-users. Additionally, the platform needed to handle specific parameters for each client (design, products, etc.) dynamically from the backend to offer a personalized experience.
Strategy
Discovery: We conducted an initial discovery phase to understand the client's specific needs and design a user experience that met their expectations. The key outcome of this stage was defining the project's MVP and what would be included in later phases. We developed a detailed work plan to support all the key functionalities of the value proposition.
Native Application Development: We developed a native application for Android and iOS using Kotlin and Swift UI, respectively, hosted on AWS.
Technical Integration: We integrated with Salesforce Health Cloud, requiring detailed coordination with a third-party provider. Additionally, we used Twilio to handle phone calls, text messages, and other communication functions via its API.
Results
Company employees now have easy and quick access to a variety of health and wellness services, significantly improving their quality of life and overall well-being. We also developed the capability to have different versions with each client's branding to enhance the experience for Care Assistance's users and clients.

The App Master has delivered high-quality results for the client's four solutions, resulting in an ongoing relationship. The team shows a positive attitude, a flexible approach, and a top-notch work ethic.
