Duhau’s Palace – Park Hyatt is one of the most important buildings located in the Recoleta neighborhood of the city of Bs. As. – Argentina.

Today it has become an important luxury hotel that is synonymous with art, design and haute cuisine. It has 165 rooms and was inaugurated on July 12, 2006. Inside the hotel there are 3 restaurants and a bar. Throughout the hotel’s halls are exhibited works of art, paintings and sculptures, from international collections.

Context

The hotel comes to us with the need to find a solution that allows communicate to employees, visitors and guests a portfolio of the activities, attractions, meals and cocktails that it offers. This content needs to be easily updated.

Strategy

We proposed to develop an application that brings together the entire service offering, focusing on the guest experience when using it. The application shows places of attraction in Buenos Aires, secrets of Argentine culture and combines it with the hotel’s Art, Design and haute cuisine proposal.

An easy to use Back-End was also developed in order to help maintain the content of the app up to date.

  • Updated restaurant menus: Duhau Palace has some of the best gastronomic experiences inside and users can consult the current menu of the restaurants.
  • Tourist Attractions: A list of premium tourist attractions that guests can enjoy or access.
  • Premium services: Access to all the amenities offered by the hotel, as well as art and design exhibitions.
  • Visual catalog: A useful tool that helps reception and concierge teams to sell users to higher-level accommodation.
